SPRING CLEANING CHECKLIST for March 2023

IT'S THAT TIME OF YEAR!

How do you REALLY feel about spring cleaning? Sure, it's a pain and can feel daunting,  especially if you've been putting off some needed maintenance at home. But I find it's also refreshing, and I feel myself looking forward to having an annual reason (my husband may say an "excuse") to rent a dumpster for a few days and just PURGE.

I often send a dumpster over to my clients' homes for a period of time as we are preparing their home for a top-dollar sale here in Denver, Colorado. It's easy, and convenient, and the ROI when selling a home is OFF THE CHARTS. And also for my clients, something they never thought to do before quickly becomes their favorite thing ever!

So, cheers to spring cleaning and to LOVING THE PURGE!
